Our main products include forged steel ball valves, forged steel gate valves, forged steel globe valves, forged steel check valves, etc. We have accumulated rich experience in the production and R&D of related products.
The company has a production workshop covering an area of 2,500 square meters, equipped with nearly 50 sets of advanced production, processing and testing equipment. Production and processing equipment includes CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC drilling machines, engine lathes, slotting machines, electric welding machines, argon arc welding machines, automatic gas-shielded welding machines, etc. Testing equipment includes high-tech equipment such as spectrometers, Leeb hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, thickness gauges, ultrasonic flaw detectors and pressure test benches, which effectively guarantee production progress and product quality.
At present, the company has 45 employees, including 3 production managers, 3 quality management staff, 3 technical personnel, 3 warehouse managers, 5 office sales and financial staff, and 28 front-line production technicians.
